400+ Exhibitors! CIHC 2026 Sets New Record for Exhibition Scale

2026 marks the inaugural year of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan. As the first major industry event in the hydrogen sector at the start of the year, CIHC 2026 (China International Hydrogen Congress and Expo) has entered the final preparation stage.

To date, the number of confirmed exhibitors has surpassed 400, a new high for the same period in all previous editions.

The exhibition not only showcases the industrial technological breakthroughs, marketization and industrialization achievements made during the 14th Five-Year Plan period but also serves a key role in charting the industry’s development path for the next five years. Over 400 exhibitors cover the entire industrial chain, including hydrogen production, storage & transportation, and fuel cells.



Central SOEs, international leading enterprises, innovative entities and local government pavilions will participate together, reflecting the industry’s positive shift from scattered exploration to coordinated layout.

As an industry barometer and trendsetter, the exhibition has set a new scale record with a total area of 50,000 square meters. It includes dedicated zones such as the International Pavilion, Achievement Transformation Pavilion and Urban Pavilion.

Central SOEs including CHN Energy, CRRC, Huadian Hydrogen, PERIC, Shanghai Electric and LS Heavy Industry, national pavilions of Norway and France, as well as international leading enterprises including Bosch, Cockerill Jingli, Schaeffler and TÜV Rheinland, have all confirmed their participation.

The exhibitor lineup covers the full industrial chain of hydrogen production, storage, transportation, refueling, fuel cells and integrated hydrogen-ammonia-methanol systems, forming a complete display layout from basic research and technological breakthroughs to demonstration applications and commercial deployment.

In addition, the exhibition will be held concurrently with the 16th China International Clean Energy Expo. A number of enterprises will hold signing ceremonies at on-site launch events. Dozens of annual innovative achievements gathered on one platform reflect enterprises’ collective judgment and forward layout for the market rhythm of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Supply-demand matchmaking services have also been upgraded. The exhibition has optimized its VIP Meeting Room service: professional visitors can submit cooperation intentions in advance, and the organizer will provide customized target matchmaking lists and preliminary meeting arrangements based on exhibitors’ business categories.

A Hydrogen Industry Global Forecast Forum will be held on-site, focusing on practical topics such as overseas market access, international certification and localized operation. It has attracted many equipment enterprises planning to expand abroad. The event is evolving from an information exchange platform to an industrial resource allocation platform, covering product display, business implementation, domestic market and global layout.

The congress will invite more than 1,000 delegates, including representatives from national ministries, local governments, international organizations, CAS & CAE academicians and leading industry enterprises. The report Research on the Implementation Plan for Hydrogen Industry Development during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period will be released, systematically interpreting the top-level design and providing guidance on policy trends and development paths.

Special sessions will focus on green fuel trading, industry-finance innovation and international cooperation, addressing key issues in hydrogen commercialization such as trading mechanisms, cost transmission and capital matching.

Beyond the main event, a series of dual-city events will be held throughout 2026: the International Hydrogen Development Forum in Hong Kong (May 2026) and the “Pilot China Hydrogen Zone” at the China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen (September 2026), to continuously expand the platform’s influence.
