At the beginning of July , the Sinopec Yumen Oilfield Renewable Energy Hydrogen Production Demonstration Project, for which Qing Qi Ji provided core hydrogen production equipment, made important progress: the two newly added 1000Nm³ / h electrolyzers and the two 1000Nm³ /h electrolyzers that have been in long-term operation in 2024 successfully built a " 4 to 1 " hydrogen production system. The system has now been debugged and successfully put into operation. In 2024, Qing Qi Ji electrolyzers were successfully put into operation in Huaneng Zhangye photovoltaic hydrogen production, PetroChina Yumen Oilfield renewable energy hydrogen production (Phase I) and European hydrogen production enterprises. Among them, the electrolyzer of PetroChina Yumen Oilfield project has been running stably for more than 3,500 hours, which is one of the longest running equipment among China's 1000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers; the electrolyzer of the European hydrogen production enterprise project has also been running for more than 1,500 hours.

After long-term operation verification and certification by international and domestic third-party authoritative organizations, the core indicators of Qing Qi Ji electrolyzer - DC energy consumption (4.13kWh/Nm³H₂ at 4000A/m²; 3.92kWh/Nm³H₂ at 2500A/m²), load adjustment range (20%-120%), performance attenuation rate (≤0.1%/1000h), dynamic adjustment rate (≥10%/s) - are the best data publicly reported in the current 1000Nm³/h electrolyzer industrialization project, and its comprehensive performance leads the industry.

 

In 2025, the new generation of Qing Qi Ji electrolyzers used in the PetroChina Yumen Oilfield project will continue the above-mentioned performance advantages and focus on further improvement in DC energy consumption and performance attenuation rate. Lower energy consumption and attenuation rate means higher hydrogen production efficiency, lower hydrogen production costs and more reliable project feasibility. Witnessed by BV, an international third-party authoritative certification agency, and the owner at the PetroChina Yumen Oilfield project site, the energy consumption indicators of Qing Qi Ji electrolyzers in 2025 were confirmed:

 

• At a current density of 4000 A/m², the DC energy consumption is reduced to 3.99 kWh/Nm³H₂ (a decrease of 0.14 kWh/Nm³H₂, or about 3.4%, compared with the electrolyzers put into operation in 2024 under the same conditions);

•  At a current density of 2500 A/m², the DC energy consumption is reduced to 3.82 kWh/Nm³H₂ (a decrease of 0.1 kWh/Nm³H₂ or about 2.6% compared to the electrolyzers put into operation in 2024 under the same conditions);

At the same time, the technological progress achieved in the performance attenuation rate of the new generation of electrolyzers will gradually become apparent as the project runs for a long time, which will be one of the core competitive advantages of Qing Qi Ji electrolyzers.

The successful commissioning of the 4 × 1000Nm 3 /h electrolyzer hydrogen production system fully demonstrates the high reliability, outstanding engineering integration and delivery capabilities of Qing Qi Ji s large-scale hydrogen production system.
