The first PEM/AEM electrolyzer parts gigafactory for momentum conservation was officially unveiled

Recently, Conservation of Momentum's first PEM/AEM electrolyzer parts gigafactory was officially unveiled in Nanshangangji Intelligent Manufacturing Park, China. Representatives of Hefei Science and Technology Bureau, Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Group, Changfeng County Science and Technology Bureau, Beicheng Holding Group, the company's shareholder, as well as Hefei Zhongke Hanhai Qingzhou and China Nanshangangji Intelligent Manufacturing Park attended the scene to witness this important moment.

 

 

Mao Xuewei, general manager of the company, delivered a speech on behalf of the management team. He said that the company's gigafactory plan is expected to invest a total of 60 million yuan, which will be built in two phases to build a mass production base for key materials and devices for green hydrogen along the intelligent, low-carbon and large-scale route. Among them, the first phase plans to invest a total of 20 million yuan, mainly to build 30,000 m²/year "through-hole structure porous transport layer" (SP-PTL®) and PEM "all-in-one bipolar plate" (Uni-BPP®), as well as 20,000 m²/year AEM integrated porous transmission electrode (CellularPTE®). The first phase of the gigafactory is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2026, and after all production is completed, the annual economic benefits will exceed 300 million yuan, which will drive the upstream and downstream industries of hydrogen energy, create jobs, and help regional green development.

 

The gigafactory covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters, located in Gangji Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Changfeng County, Hefei, close to Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, with its superior geographical location, it provides efficient and convenient logistics guarantee for raw material transportation and product distribution. Previously, the tens of millions of yuan of angel+ round financing successfully completed by Conservation of Momentum will also be invested in the construction of the gigafactory, providing solid financial support for the construction of the factory
